[GNC-dev] Spam bug

Hi Chris,

That's probably due to my own attempt to mark this bug as spam. In the process I made it 
only visible to users in the GnuCash Development Team, thinking that would prevent search 
bots from still finding it.

As I don't know which steps to actually take, I only did these:

- Change title to Spam,
- remove url
- mark resolved/invalid

What else should typically be done still ?
