[GNC-dev] New OFX Requirements For USAA FSB

I am not a GNU Cash user nor developer but I just want to drop a note to
thank you to many on this list for doing the heavy lifting in sorting out
the new USAA connection information.

I maintain a OFX download tool (in Java). Using the information from this
list, I was able to create configurations for my tool to be able to again
connect to both USAA Checking and Credit Card accounts.
