[GNC-dev] (Re)moved Gnucash and multi-currency files

Hello Peter,

we at gnucash.org have many links in our documentation —wiki, manual, 
guide, …—to documents starting with
https://www.mscs.dal.ca/~selinger/accounting
because there is no better explanation about multi-currency handling around.

Now I got informed, they return "The requested URL was not found on this 
server."

Moved they somewhere else or are there plans to restore them?

If not, could we host them at gnucash.org?
