[GNC-dev] Porting to Apple silicon

It has no reports because of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248802. AFAICT everything else works. MacPorts has an older build of WebKitGtk (2.28.2) that they seem to think works on Apple Silicon; I hadn't considered downgrading as a work-around, but that's feasible since we don't expose it to the network.
