Sorry, cancel that, it's because the prior years have had the books closed.

I guess I will need to submit a feature request for an option to ignore
book-closing transactions. The report would be great to view e.g. five year
progressions of each of the cost accounts, but it won't work if the accounts
are reset to zero every year by closing the books (I know some people don't
do this any more, but in the general case I want to see YTD totals, not cost
totals since the dawn of time).

Are we supposed to be reporting bugs discovered in the Reports >
Experimental menu?

I've noticed that the Multicolumn Income Statement shows zeros for all
periods except those in the final year if more than one year of data is
specified and Period Duration is anything other than Disabled.

I can make a formal bug report if wanted.
