[GNC-dev] Upgrading GC mediawiki instance?

As I was updating a small item on the GC wiki today, I noticed it is still
running on version 1.29
<https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Version> which is no
longer supported <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.29>.

The latest LTS version is 1.39
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Release_notes>

Note that the upgrade instructions
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Upgrading> warn about needing to
first update to 1.35 before updating to 1.39 to avoid possible data loss.
