Nope, those changes are https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk-osx/-/commit/2e5e2a4712ee7f222f9342e6a8d8a941e41dcd8d. There is a change in gnucash-on-osx, but it's just bumping the release number in Info.plist...and I had forgotten to push it.
