[GNC-dev] Is ellipsis in Loan Repayment Options intended?

Hi, john,

Thanks for the explanation. It's makes sense for me now and really
useful to help me improve the translation.
Since in our native language we never use this kind of omission, I
will change it to something that's more nature in my language.
