Pull Request 2096

Greetings,

I submitted PR 2096 to account for changes in Finance::Quote sources. 
Recently removed (or to be removed because they do not work) from F::Q.

* DWS - dwsfunds
* IEX - iexcloud
* Morningstar, AU - morningstarau
* Skandinaviska, SE - seb_funds

Sources that are not true multiple sources have been removed from 
multiple_quote_sources. Leaving only those sources (methods) that are 
defined in multiple methods for "failover" purposes.

I will update the GnuCash Wiki to match within the next few days.
