Moderator notes

I am continuing to push most comments onto gnucash-user, trying to keep
this list for developer and translator work.

This list continues to attract the most spam, which you don't get to
see, and I hadn't checked the moderator list for some weeks while on
holiday. From the resulting pile up I had one email I let through, one
or two I provided some advice and a request to post to gnucash-user and
one BZ request.

I've altered the wiki notes on BZ accounts to request they all come to
gnucash-user, which I check far more often, and asked people to provide
a note on the bug they wish to report. As they cannot search Gnucash BZ
the gnucash-user group will provide triage and very fast advice if the
problem has already been solved.
