It is working today. Apparently the new certificate wasn't working (in
effect? propagated? not sure of terminology) at the moment I looked. Now
that I am back at the laptop I was using when I noticed the problem, I see
that I was using the Vivaldi browser, and its report is looking correct
now. Previously its certificate report was describing code.gnucash.org and
now it matches the URL https://wiki.gnucash.org/
