Missing header file

Greetings,

On Ubuntu 24.04, GNUCash stock version 5.5 from Ubuntu repos.

Some files in the /usr/include/gnucash directory include "gnc-lot.h" file
e.g. gncInvoice.h. However this file is not installed in the default
installation but is included in the git repository.

Is this intentional?
