[GnuCash-it] Altro termine: refund

Concordo, questo e' uno di quei casi che il termine anglosassone e quello 
latino hanno lo stesso significato, cambia solo il registro, in un caso 
piu' formale.

Almeno cosi' e' la mia impressione vivendo in UK.
