Addendum to TXF Export Addition patch to latest

In my "TXF Export Addition patch to latest" I forgot to mention that the
"/doc/sgml/C/Makefile.am" will likely have to be altered slightly. I'm
not a make guru, and the way I added the files
"doc/html/C/xacc-tax-report-example.html" and
"doc/html/C/xacc-txf-categories.html" is probably not totally kosher.
There may need to be a Makefile in doc/html/C to do this right.
