This report lists tax related information, such as income, deductions
etc.  Basically anything that goes with your federal tax return.
Detailed help is included in doc/sgml/C/xacc-reports.sgml and an example
gnucash file is also included in doc/example/taxreport.xac.

Also attached binary files missed by make-gnucash-patch:

Their is one weird bug I worked around handling dates.  Subtracting one
year sometimes subtracts two years!  I added some code to add one year
back.  This is documented in src/scm/report/tax.scm
