Here's what happens when I put libguppi.m4 in macros/

aclocal: macros/libguppi.m4: 11: duplicated macro `AM_PATH_LIBGUPPI'
aclocal: macros/libguppi.m4: 177: duplicated macro `LIBGUPPI_CHECK'

It may be that we could put it in acinclude.m4 and avoid the warning.
