gtkhtml doesn't support CSS.  I have implemented a different style
sheet mechanism.  In any case, the patch was to add a user-visible
click box to select between the two behaviors, which would have to be
there no matter what the underlying style sheet implementation was.

The size of a guppi chart is fixed in the report parameters, and you
have to edit it there ATM.  I wish auto-resize worked correctly, but
AFAICT gtkhtml's support for resizing embedded objects is nonexistent.
You have to specify a fixed size to get any space at all for the
widget.
