Howdy,

The following patch fixes some minor problems with the
documentation.

	* doc/sgml/C/xacc-about.sgml: Change webpage to address,
	fix broken link, and add spaces between names and addresses.

	* doc/sgml/C/xacc-features.sgml: Canonicalized list elements.
