CVS update: gnucash/src/engine

FYI I just noticed that 'make install' puts the engine include files 
into $prefix/include and I just changed this to $prefix/include/gnucash

I don't know what the ultimate plan is for componentizing, but
dumping everything into $prefix/include seemed wrong ...
