Martin,

I just checked out a new build tree and I don't see any of these
problems.  I think you may have an old configure.in file in your tree.
Use 'cvs status configure.in' to see what version you have.  The latest
is version 1.281.  Try updating your tree with 'cvs update -A', and then
try rerunning autogen.sh.

P.S. I think you need g-wrap 1.3.2 to build the latest gnucash CVS.
