	* po/de.po: Updated German translation.

	* po/glossary/gnc-glossary.txt, po/glossary/de.po: Discovered new
	strings to be translated; the term "placeholder" was added to
	glossary.

	* src/gnc-ui-util.c (equity_base_name): Changed "Opening Balances"
	to "Opening Balance" to unify the account name.
