	* src/gnome/window-acct-tree.c: Disallow the deletion of accounts
	  with ReadOnly Transacation in them.  You must first "delete" the
	  RO Txns before you delete the account.  Fix for bug# 100727 (although
	  it requires invoice unposting to work).
