	* configure.in: remove GNUCASH_BUILD_DATE
	* src/gnome/Makefile.am: build gnc-version.h, and #define a string
	  defining the time when gnucash was built (GNUCASH_BUILD_DATE)
	* src/gnome/gnc-splash.h: include the new gnc-version.h header
