Applied. The gnucash.pot will be sent out to the Translation Project 
immediately.

Note to all coders: The gnucash-1-8-branch is now in string freeze mode until 
the 1.8.5 release on August 17. Please do not change any translated string! 

If someone wants to fix any grave bugs that you think would require a string 
change, thus breaking the freeze, then you *must* discuss this here on 
gnucash-devel first before committing the change. Otherwise please wait until 
after the 1.8.5 release for changing any further strings. Thanks.
