account tree and register window patch for stable branch

This patch is for the STABLE branch.

	* src/gnome/gnc-split-reg.c:
	  only display an euro amount in the status bar of a register window
	  if the account currency is a euro currency but NOT euro itself
	
	* src/app-utils/gnc-ui-util.c:
	* src/app-utils/gnc-ui-util.h:
	* src/gnome-utils/gnc-account-tree.c:
	* src/gnome/window-acct-tree.c:
	* src/scm/main-window.scm:
	  recycle ACCOUNT_BALANCE_EURO and ACCOUNT_TOTAL_EURO account tree 
	  columns to display balance resp. total in default report currency

	* src/gnome-utils/gnc-account-tree.c:
	  auto resize balance and total columns
