docs updates

The gcdocs.diff.gz patch does:

- fixes some chapter title mistakes in chapter 1
- moves the Quicken vs GnuCash comparison in chapter 3 to the appendix
- rewrites most of chapter 3
- renames some of the appendixes (appendi?)

The help-topics.diff patch updates the help-topics to include some new 
subsections in chapter 3.

The 3 .pngs are new images for chapter 3.  I ended up using the default 
RH9 look and feel to them... if there are no complaints, I'll redo all 
the images like this.  If there are complaints... well... I won't.  :) 
I followed the gnome guide on how to do screenshots.

I'm going to be away until next monday... so, a delay on my part to not 
respond doesn't mean I am dead.  I'm sure that will be a load off your 
minds!  :)

PS: Chris-  when I run "xmllint --valid --noout chapter1.xml" I get a 
message saying "cannot find DTD file".  Naturally, I deleted you email 
explaining how to do this... am I doing something stupid?
