CVS update: gnucash/src/engine

Leaving it this way broke the compile on RH7.3 (because not all items
in the enum were part of the 'switch()' in QueryNew.c).  Note that I
didn't remove it -- I just removed it from the enum.  You can still
use it in the qof examples.
