You can redo all the screenshots if you so desire. I was going to
suggest this, but as its a load of work I thought to just give you the
info on how I created the others for now. Personally I think leaving
them in 2 different styles is OK too. (Others may not agree but the old
docs had like 5 or so different styles of screenshots)

You need to do this on the 'root' doc which is gnucash-guide.xml. This
is the file that has the dtd and then 'includes' all the other chapters.
