CVS update: gnucash/src/import-export/hbci

For what it's worth, hampton missed one, too.  I think gcc-3.2
is more liberal in accepting this, but gcc-2.9x certainly fails.
As I'm still using RH7.3 with gcc-2.9x, I noticed this with
hampton's code and Chris noticed it with yours (again on RH7.3).

Strange that newer gcc's will allow this "illegal" construct..
