We could, but it's perfectly ok to do this when we are discussing an actual 
1.9/1.10/2.0 release schedule. Basically I just did this account file merge 
because I was so incredibly happy about the huge contribution that came from 
these two German users :-) but admittedly there really wasn't any need to do 
this at this point in time.
