Uh -- I hope it's the same. As far as I understood the translation continues 
to be handled through gettext, and since gettext will define the file format 
the file format will stay the same. (Side note: Changing the translation file 
format would be plain stupid for any desktop project anyway.) So I guess 
it'll simply stay as it is.
