qof_book_merge first release

[Derek Atkins]

Applied to CVS.  I made the changes to gncAddress that we discussed,
and I make one other change to src/engine/Makefile.am to allow
building outside the srcdir.

I had to "rm src/engine/.scm-links" in order to get the code to build
properly.
