A lot of this replaces "%lld" with "%" G_GINT64_FORMAT but not all the 
incidences of "%lld" have been changed.

gnc-numeric.c, kvp_frame.c, qofmath128.c, qofquery-serialize.c, qofsql.c and 
TransLog.c where unchanged and that's just in src/engine.

I'm curious - why would some be OK and some not? 

Do the others need to be changed as well? 

Would it be a good idea to change them anyway?
