Little fancy-invoice.scm patch

Hello,

I'm new to the list, I've been using gnucash for a while now for
personal purposes, Recently I started using it for the company and when
I was trying to do an invoice I found out that the client name wasn't on
the same size as the company name. so I wrote this ugly patch, is
basically a clone/split of gnc:owner-get-address-dep, I'm new (today) to
glide/scheme and that's why the code is so redundant, just needed
something fast.
