- GncDenseCalModel interface
- GncDenseCalTransient model impl.
- Add GncSxInstanceDenseCalAdapter (between GncSxInstanceModel and GncDenseCalModel)
  - Start to hook up 'added' and 'removing' signals on the GncSxInstanceModel.
