r13621 - gnucash/trunk - Synchronise with QOF 0.6.3. Correct map handling to allow reverse operations and iteration over hierarchical objects. Improving debug messages and preventing a crash when loading a map directly. Standardise QSF backend on gint and gchar. Add new map file.
