Bug #629641: Fixes WARN messages.

Bug in gncIDSearch.c causes "WARN <qof.class> [qof_class_get_parameter()] no
object of type string" to be emitted to error log.

Currently only affects Python bindings; InvoiceLookupByID(ID_STRING).
