    [aging] bugfix avoid report-crash when no APAR account exists
    
    need additional sanity checks.
    
    in a book with no suitable AP/AR account, from 'Customers Overview'
    spreadsheet, clicking 'Customer Listing' may call aging.scm renderer
    with account = #f leading to report crash.
