Bug 798212 - right-click the register down-arrow
If the toggle buttons on the register sheet, used for date and transfer
cells, is clicked with a right mouse the focus would change to the
first transaction.
To fix add a 'button-press-event' callback to intercept the right mouse
and also prevent the main register sheet menu from showing when an
item_edit pop up is showing.

Type ahead not working properly on subsequent key strokes
When in the transfer cell and you are searching for the 'fuel' account,
entering the 'f' would bring up all accounts containing an 'f' but when
the next letter 'u' is entered it would show all accounts containing a
'u'. This is down to the transfer cell being updated to early from a
gnc_item_list_select which is being used for the quick fill so test for
quick fill use first.

Bug 798162 - Type Ahead Initialization Problem
If navigating by the keyboard and you tab to the transfer cell and then
type a letter, we get to gnc_item_edit_show_popup which starts to
create and hopefully show the pop up list.
But on first use, cell height obtained by gnc_item_list_get_cell_height
can be 1 pixel less than required. This should be corrected by the
check_popup_height_is_true function which calls gnc_item_edit_update
via an idle function. As part of that function, a check is made for
item_edit->show_popup being set but that was only getting set in the
gnc_item_edit_popup_toggled call back so the pop up would not show.
To fix set item_edit->show_popup after setting the toggle button arrow
direction.

Bug 743999 - Deleting a digit from an existing number greater than...
four digits in length generates an error message.
Because the grouping is off. Checking grouping on input is pointless so
just ignore the grouping separator when parsing number input.

GValue: don't unset until the boxed pointer isn't used anymore
Because GValue was unset earlier in this function, the
default_font_family would point to garbage. We need to unset the
GValue after the default_font_family is used to set the GObject.

Improve transaction sorting on effective num field.
Inspired by PR #983. Transaction sorting on num broke down if the
user had a non-numeric string or a number larger than an int in
the effective num field (might be split-action if the option is set).
The comparison first tries to use strtoull on the two strings and
compares the results. If they're both nonzero and different then the
numeric order is returned. If they're both nonzero but the same the
unconverted parts of each are passed to g_utf8_collate; if either is 0
then the whole strings are passed to g_utf8_collate. strtoull will
return 0 for a negative number.

* Re-commit the original transaction to ensure that there aren't
any stray trading splits.
* If the original and cloned transactions have a different number of
splits don't leak the cloned transaction.

Bug 798202 - Register editor Black on Black background
The GtkEntry of the register editor was not having the appropriate
style class gnc-class-register-cursor or gnc-class-user-register-cursor
applied resulting in black text on a black background when the theme
"Breeze Dark" was used.
To fix this, in function gnucash_sheet_refresh_from_prefs add setting
the appropriate style classes for the entry after first removing the
existing "gnc-class-" classes.

Bug 798144 - Reconciliation uses different number than entered
If a number was pasted into the balance end value with a currency
symbol the number would silently fail on evaluate and cause the wrong
value to be used. With previous changes to the GNCAmountEdit widget a
warning symbol will indicate a validation error and prevents going
forward.

Change GNCAmountEdit to be based on a GtkBox
To indicate that the expression entered has failed change the widget it
is based on to a box and add a warning triangle image with tooltip that
is made visible when the validation has failed. This is less intrusive
but if required the error message can be retrieved and used for a
warning dialog if that is in keeping with other dialog checks.

Incorrect validation for GNCAmountEdit
gnc_amount_edit_expr_is_valid can return 0 for validation OK, 1 for an
error with no position information and also the position of that error.
If the error was at position 0, that will look like the validation was
OK so instead return 1 and use a GError parameter using the position as
the code and setting the message to the common format used. Also as
gnc_amount_edit_evaluate could also benefit from using the GError add
that as a parameter and initially set all occurrences of use to NULL.

Bug 796761 - Control characters can be pasted in register fields
If copied text includes control characters they are inserted when
pasted which can cause alignment issues. This commit filters the

Add two new preferences for import
In the import-backend.c source file two constants were defined with a
comment about they should ideally be added to the user preference
dialog. This commit does that, the two preferences are
match-date-threshold which is the number of days a transaction match is
likely and match-date-not-threshold which is the number of days a
transaction match is considered not likely.
