    Bug 798325 - New Currency for Venezuela (VED)
    
    Add latest Venezuelan revaluation of the Bolivar Soberano, following
    the ISO notation replacing VES (which the Venezualan central bank is
    keeping) with VED and the exchange code (ditto) with 926.
