    Add the plugins to the bundle.

    Add shared-mime-info-2.2 module and make all GnuCash builds depend on it.
    
    Gtk-osx has upgraded to 2.4 which requires macOS 10.15. We want GnuCash to
    support 10.13 through the 5.x series.
