    docbook: new entities for describing of background colors
    
    The import-matcher uses colored rows to identify the necessary of
    intervention of the user.
    This entites coded the colors 'brown1', 'gold', 'darkseagreen1' and
    'cornflowerblue' as used in gnucash-fallback.css.
