    [gnome-utils] Log the actual macOS keychain error instead of "(null)"
    
    The macOS keychain error branches formatted the OSStatus message with
    CFStringGetCStringPtr(), which returns NULL for the Security framework's UTF-16
    message strings (it only hands back an internal buffer when it already matches
    the requested encoding), so every keychain error was logged as "(null)". Copy
    the message out with CFStringGetCString() instead, in a small helper shared by
    the set and get paths, and include the numeric OSStatus so something useful is
    always logged.
