    Stop fontconfig from loading woff bundles.
    
    It causes an infinite loop in some versions of WebKitGtk, see
    https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325185 and
    https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799823.
