    Merge Roy Hansen's 'invoice-overview' into future.

    Add new overview pages for "Invoices", "Bills" and "Expense Vouchers".
    
    Much more convenient than using the find-dialogs to search for
    "everything".

    improve: Default to empty string when comparing a/b, if either is
    nullptr.
    
    When sorting by invoice->job->job_name, some invoices may not have a
    job, so we correctly use an empty string instead of failing.
