Compilation problems.

Question:

Quick Threads?  Could you point me to the location of this package?  A search 
on Freshmeat came up empty.  This isn't Qt is it?  If so, I've installed the 
latest Qt and I'm quite positive it works as I have other applications which 
require Qt.
