I just downloaded
http://ftp.kulnet.kuleuven.ac.be/debian/dists/unstable/main/binary-i386/Packages
and it contains:
Package: gnucash
Architecture: i386
Version: 1.6.1-3

Are you sure your apt line is pointing at the unstable distro?
It should be:
deb http://ftp.kulnet.kuleuven.ac.be/debian unstable main contrib non-free
