Mortgages and other "loan" types?

Well, I've long wanted to promote the gnc engine as a separate
project.  The hope is that if other projects use it, it becomes a
generic finacial infrastructure thing; and, if not that, then at
least we have more eyeballs, and more contributors, more/better
features.
