Mandrake 8 RPMs

Here is Michael's "List O' Packages" for Mandrake 8.  If you install these 
specific packages from a fairly complete Mandrake installation (i.e., 
everything else you get off you Mandrake 1 and 2 CD) it should run happily 
(or at least it did for me).  (Note:  This works for the Mandrake 1.6.0-1 
package from the GNUCash site, other rpms may have different dependencies.)

One other note, python, python-devel and tkinter need to all be upgraded at 
the same time.

Frank, libg-wrap-runtime-guile.so.2 is provided by the g-wrap-1.1.10-2mdk 
rpm.  I got all of my rpms from www.rpmfind.net, specifically getting the 
Mandrake Cooker release.  If you search for these specific rpms, rather 
than just look alikes you should be okay.  If you can only find a newer one 
you may find that some of the dependencies are moving targets.  Good luck.
