1.6.0 crashes when trying to save in new file format

Hmmm, 

Now why didn't I think of that? (probably because I was looking at 
this last night quite late and cross-eyed :)

Of course, in trying to configure 1.6.1, I've since upgraded just 
about everything, so now it will likely work.

I'll have to give it a try when I get home tonight.
